Lindt LINDOR Assorted Chocolate Truffles 90 Count Gift Box, Chocolate Candy with Smooth, Melting Truffle Center, 38.4 oz. Box

I bought this to fill the candy dishes in my home, and oh my goodness, what a delicious treat. The white chocolate and pistachio truffles were our favorites!

I was pleasantly surprised to see that my order of Lindt Chocolate Balls contained little ice bags to keep my chocolates from melting before delivery. The chocolate balls are sooo good. I enjoy them and so does my husband and son.

I've always been a big fan of Lindt chocolate, especially these truffles. I've purchased them for the past 25 years, so I know the taste and texture of the chocolate very well. I purchased this large box about 3 weeks ago expecting them to be the usual high quality which Lindt produces. How very wrong I was! It is almost as though something went wrong in the manufacturing process. The outer chocolate has a whitish coating (maybe Sugar Bloom) on it, and has many dents in the ball. The inner soft center isn't soft at all, in fact it's quite the opposite. Really very poor grade chocolate. So I decided to return them........How very wrong I was again! Amazon will not accept returns on these.So, to all of those people who know and love the usual high quality Lindt products, DON'T BUY THEM FROM AMAZON. I have ended up purchasing them locally from a vendor whom I "trust"...... my trust in Amazon is diminishing.I should have been granted a full refund, or replacement.....Walmart would have.

Tbh I got this for myself because I wanted to try the pistachio variety and I hadn't seen it anywhere except in bulk. My chocolates were fresh and the chocolate unmelted. These do have a low melt point though so don't keep them near a heat vent. I loved the pistachio. It has a nice nutty flavor without being overwhelming.Unlike some gift boxes this wasn't any more expensive than buying the standard packaging. It is a pretty gift box and I wouldn't hesitate to repurchase this to gift.

This is a staple in our home during the holidays. I put them in a huge dish and everyone that comes in grabs a few. They are super creamy. They usually go on sale around the holidays but this value is great.

As always these chocolates are delicious and soft, well within their prime and all sized as normal truffles from lindt. They don't melt quick quick but when they do it's heavenly because the difference in textures from the out side and inside is wonderful! It's not sticky and I don't believe I have ever had a stale chocolate so I'd say these aren't stale lol. They only down side I would say is that this box is advertised as mix of their chocolates so is there like 5 each of the less common flavors and then the rest is just mostly white chocolates?! If I am paying for variety then I want variety!
