Q: If I decide to take my panels off would it damage my paint and the foam pallet if i decide to take them off the wall for a while?

Depending on how much you use, It did damage my paint but held the panels to the wall, non fell off unlike double sided sticky tape.

Q: Will this work on a concrete wall? Sorry if its been asked before, Just couldn't see if it has. :)

I've got foam panels stuck to wallpaper on one side, plaster on the other side and artex on the ceiling. None directly onto concrete but I'm sure it will be fine. Some of them do jump off every now and then due to heat/humidity (Make you bloody jump when they do too!) but most of them stay put, I've got 40+ panels up for over a year now so, they've had a pretty good test.

its rubbish really. the foam does not stick well
