Particularly useful to run speaker cable across the floor, under the carpet/rug. I had to get my wires out from an amp to a big sub-bass across the room. I reckoned I could drive up to 50w through these cables (they are thin!), given the number of cores and wire gauge, and this would be more than I would ever need. It's worked well with the sub filling out the bass region. I had some woven strapping that was just the same height as this wire, so I placed two runs of this strapping on either side of the wire and taped them together with paper tape. This made the 'bump' in the rug less noticeable and actually blended in well with the texture of the rug.

This cable is fairly thin so best for low power audio - but the very flat profile is excellent and looks very neat in situ

I was a little worried that 10 metres of this, used to connect the right speaker of my hifi, would affect the sound quality, as the other speaker is connected with a much shorter length of much more expensive cable. Any difference is not at all discernible at any volume. My rating is therefore 'Very good and excellent value'.

Needed some longer speaker cables that was low profile and this has done the job perfectly. Sound is much better than I expected and was very easy to run with out showing, would be perfect under carpets too.

Well it's flat but only good enough to run small wall mounted speakers such as surround speakers I wouldn't use it for stand mount speakers or floor standing but if you need a wire to run under a carpet or tuck into or under other things is ok
