They are over the calf so, I would say 21". I am very satisfied with them.

Not sure if the Metro is available in colors other than Black, Navy and Brown (that's all I ever wear). They might be. Other "models" of Gold Toe certainly are, including in patterns.

Q: what is the difference between one size and the large size?
