Quality syrups
Bought this for work when I forgot to buy from our supplier. We use this for tequila sunrise, and various other cocktails. As kids my mom used to mix this lemonade or just soda with slices of lemon and orange for a refreshing summer drink.Monin are great quality French syrups with the best taste. These were being sold at a great price , It is thick and a little goes a long way.You can use them in drinks, cocktails, (you will notice that the coffee shops use this brand in Vanilla, cinnamon and caramel in their coffeesMy all time favourite is Apricot, served in a tall glass with just soda.If you don’t like sugary mixers like lemonade or cola your long sprit drinks add a dash to your vodka / gin and soda

I've used grenadine so much
This is hands-down the best grenadine, but very costly compared to like bols or tessiaire, and not that much better. It is, however, great that it matches all my other monin syrups, and to me is worth that price point, at least once to get the bottle even if I top it up with other grenadines. But really, how much grenadine can one get through?Great in cocktails, or if you're really hard up can be a temporary substitute for squash when you've run out and have this lying around. In cocktails at least though, this is a staple along with triple sec, curacao, and simple syrup imo.

Delicious in cocktails & mocktails
I will be repurchasing this, it’s been great for mixing in cocktails or mocktails for summer garden or dinner parties! Good value as it’s a large bottle. Lasts for four weeks once opened. The taste is well balanced citrusy flavour.

A bit disappointing
I bought this to make sorbet and ice cream, but I found it disappointing. To me, it tasted more of orange than yuzu. (I'm comparing it with a number of yuzu products, including fresh yuzu fruit that I'd frozen down and a yuzu patisserie flavouring.) The mix is a minimum of 45% fruit puree, but if you read the ingredients, they include lemon, bitter orange pulp, and orange juice concentrate, and yuzu is listed as 25% of that 45% total. If someone had given this to me unlabelled, I would have struggled to identify the yuzu in it. It's pleasantly tangy and fruity, but to me it lacks that perfumed flavour that makes yuzu appealing. While I was writing this review, I wondered if I was being too critical, so I stopped to do another taste test with the other yuzu products just in case, but I still felt that the bottled puree lacked something essential. If you want a distinctive yuzu flavour, you'd probably be better off with a jar of Korean yuja tea, which is like a runny preserve and is easy to use in recipes. The other issue is the very short best-before date, at least on the bottle that I received. It needs to be used within four weeks after opening, which is fair enough, but I received the bottle on January 12, and the only date I could find on the label – and which I assume was the BB date – was the end of January, just under three weeks away. I know BB dates are cautious and it would probably have kept longer than that unopened, but it was another disappointment.
