Yes it has great viscosity, I use it with my ultrasonic Cavitation non invasive liposuction machine and my face lift machine - it's perfect 

Don’t think it’s healthlife. Mine arrived today unlike the picture came in a large container with no sticker or ingredients . No where on the bottle does it state healthlife. The empty bottle to decant sticker says SKIN CONTACT ULTRA SONIC GEL. The distributor is Fannin UK ltd. I’m yet to use it so can’t comment on that. The gel is clear.

Don’t understand what ipl is I only use for my hand ultra sound scanner as lubricant just like it’s used in hospital for ultra sound scanners
