Good quality and does the job.

Because of the comments I was a bit worried about the taste but it was actually refreshing. If you like lemon or orange juice you will like this too. I don't need any beverages for it, I only add a little water. And since is diluted in water it's definitely working faster than if it was in protein capsules. Good price too. It is more than 4 times cheaper than others.

One of the supplements that works!!!I document everything fitness based from nutrition, workout routines to sleep, body fat percentage and weight etc and this is one amino acid that I have definitely noticed something happening. I found it acted kind of like creatine did at first and my reps and lifts improved slightly more than previous.I have had one positive side effect however!!! Something downstairs is extremely vertical ( without going into to much detail ) and it was only after stopping taking it that I found out it was a direct side effect from taking citrulline malate. I then did a little research and it's pretty clear my hunch was correct. I have always been reliable in that department but it stays for longer is a lot more intense and just doesn't like going away when instigated. I do take 8g a day in a homemade pre workout with creatine and glutamine but when stopping citrulline malate I was my usual self so not a coincidence or a placebo effect.

Take with squash or something else that is flavoured, sour taste isn't for me but I won't put it down for that.

Isn't L citrulline , it's citrulline malate, it doesnt do the thing that people take citrulline for
