Barefoot Books Bear's Busy Family Board book – August 1, 2000

We purchased this to complete our Bear book series. The books are each a delight, my personal favorite being the Bear goes to town book. This one shows the family of Bear and is perfect for language development, and would work great for a young ESL class also to introduce family vocabulary in an authentic context. Your little one will love the bright illustrations and sweet story.

My son loves this book. He loves knowing what each family does and how they all come together at the end. He likes to make sure he spots everyone who was mentioned.Nice book.

our little one loves ALL the bear books- they have amazing illustrations, i love how they rhyme- it makes reading it very lyrical and easy on the ears.the things they learn are wonderful AND there are little things here and there you spot after reading them over and over- like little gifts for the parents.def our family's fav

This book was requested by a child as a gift. I read it and found the text lyrical and well written. The artwork is unique and the subject matter of family members is pleasant and positive for children. I recommend this book.

This is another in the fabulous series of "Bear" books by Stella Blackstone. The books are beautifully illustrated by Debbie Harter, and the stories are simple and very sweet. The children I take care of love these books, and never seem to outgrow them. We were able to borrow all of the other Bear books from the library, but this one wasn't available so I purchased it, and we are all very happy with it.

I love all her books and so does my son. He likes to point out bear. Quick to read and good illustration makes it an easy bedtime story.

My 2 yr old daughter loves loves loves this book as does she all the Bear books but this is her fav right now!
