AMAZING
AMAZING! It arrived a little damaged but it hasn't stopped it working! Absolutely perfect for tagging things for nearly new sales!

Arrived fine, box broken, but ok. No info, on how you work it. You need to put it in the box, as I have never seen one

Shockingly awful
Shockingly awful , this item arrives with no instructions so I did a quick you tube search and learnt how to use it. The first 3 tags worked then the item started to malfunction. after less than 30 tags the inner gun needle snapped off and went inside the devise , it was not retrievable and now the machine is broken. No doubt there are better makes out there so do not waste your money on this one .

Gun works really well. My only comment is that there were no instructions inside so although I worked out how to change the needles really easy, I ended up breaking the tip off 1 needle because I hadn't loaded the tags correctly and the gun jammed for a short while. The trick is to load the tags right down into the recess. This came with 5 new needles so not a huge issue. Once loaded, it's lightweight and so easy on the hands/wrists, plus it's quick & easy to use. Great for what I need it for

Hnmmm, if you have the patience to keep trying to feed the plastic tags through you'll be ok!! They don't feed through, not durable. I wouldn't recommend this, sorry.
