Beauty Without Cruelty Waterproof Mascara Black

I am very light skinned, with blonde hair, blue eyes, and hardly any eyebrow, (that's another story). If I don't wear mascara, I look ill! But I like my make up to look natural. Using black mascaras with my light skin tone looks too heavy.So I bought this and am very happy. It goes on smoothly without clumping or smearing. It lasted all day without any smears.I just love this mascara it really brings out the blue in my eyes and gives me definition without looking made up. The wand is shaped so that I can apply the mascara to the inner corner of the eye too. Removal is easy also. It really lifted my spirits to find this mascara. I highly recommend it. Great colour for blondes or redheads. Highly recommend.

If you don't want a false lash style mascara but just want a bit more colour and length to your lashes I really recommend this mascara. I don't think it knocks anything out of the park but as an everyday mascara it's pretty damn good. I'm yet to find a mascara that doesn't flake a bit on me but this is very minor and pretty unnoticeable. I'll buy this again when it runs out

I can see the brand cares about plastic but this does need some sort of seal because I can’t tell if it’s been used, trialed, opened etc. especially as it seems quite empty and dry when first opened. However this cocoa mascara gave me a very natural look which is exactly what I was looking for as a blonde that doesn’t wear any other make up. I love the brush, it’s an extremely even coverage, it’s thin and lighter coloured than other browns I’ve tried. Love that it’s waterproof, this is the only vegan brown one I could find. Perfect for me however it’s very costly so 3 stars incl. packaging faults.**update** seems to crumble as the day goes on and I think it’s already running out. Another star removed.

Takes a while to build up if you like the obvious lash look, okay for light everyday wear. Bought because it’s cruelty free, might try another cruelty free brand next time, but not terrible. Dries quick and doesn’t flake.

I normally don't write reviews but it is quiet upsetting to pay this amount for a mascara that doesn't do the job at all. It smudges straight after application ending up under and in my eyes, definately not waterproof! I bought two and both were nearly empty. Not sealed. I tried to combine this mascara with a real waterproof mascara but also without success. It seems to be hard to find a cruelty free mascara. It ended up in the bin after a few days.

Good to have a nice cosmetic product that is cruelty free

Brush is a good shape and size and the colour is nice but the mascara is extremely thick and difficult to apply. I won't be buying another

Lovely mascara and does not irritate my v sensitive eyes. A bit smudgy on bottom lashes when hot but will be buying again so can live with that. Goes on nice and zero clumps
