This product works well.
I have used it twice while traveling because my son becomes restless, and it helps him relax. I only used a small amount, and it was quite effective, although the odor is not particularly pleasant.

I like it
The taste is actually nice, don't know why people don't like it. My baby likes it too. It's only been few days that he's taking it, but he sleeps a bit better. Not sure if it's a coincidence or the spray works. Will update my review after a month

Love this.
Have used it for the last 2/3 years. My son loves it. Great to support bedtime routine and if he’s out of sorts having just spent time with his dad awesome to help him come back into balance and re-centre. Have it on subscription. I also use it if I’m having a moment lol. Travel with it and I have spares.

Ashwagandha gave heart palpitations
My ADHD 8 Yr old loved the taste of this spray and we had high hopes that it would help settle her for sleep. Unfortunately we realised that the ashwagandha gave her heart palpitations which she described as her heart feeling funny (we realised as the same thing happened to myself & my adult daughter when we took ashwagandha) We've now stopped giving it & she's not once complained of palpitations We will now look for something with just magnesium as most adhd kids are magnesium deficient which can impact how much hormones we produce, like melatonin (the sleep hormone) and cortisol (the stress hormone) Hope this info helps another adhd parent
