I used to drink “onion tea” (sliced onion boiled in water) to help rid my body of inflammation a few years back. I made it myself and it was strong! It helped with my hip and knee pain back then. I also had less acne issues. After a while, I stopped taking it. Recently Scrolling on Amazon, I saw this product and remembered how much the onion tea helped me and decided to give this a try. 9 days taking it and I truly do notice less pain in my hip and I was having mild shoulder pain before I started this and noticed this morning that I haven’t had that in a couple of days now. The true difference is I put a capsule in a fine spray bottle of purified water for my daughter who has acne. She’s mentioned that it seems to be working because there are no new pimples and old ones that were present has gone down. It also supposed to repair skin scarring. All in all, I think this one is the real deal and works good.

Bought this to aid in the glucose levels for my diabetic husband. Not sure of the impact, but his a1c didn't change even with all of the holiday sweets. I guess we'll stick with it another 3 months and see if everything remains stable or better.
