Firstly, previous reviewers who have said this isn’t vegan are wrong. The vitamin D3 in this is derived from lichen, NOT lanolin. Veganicity is a great vegan brand and I use a few of their products; this is another high quality offering from them and is much better value than some of the other options out there (and there aren’t that many options for vegan D3). The tablets are quite small and easy to swallow - yes, they’re a little chalky, but that’s because they don’t have unnecessary coating on them. Each tablet contains 800iu each of D2 and D3. Personally, I’d prefer that it were all D3 as this is the most bioavailable form, but they still contain a healthy dose. Given that we also get plenty of Vitamin D2 in fortified foods, I don’t really have any concerns about the lower potency of these tablets. They’re a cheap and reliable way to get a little boost in the sunless winter months.

I've been thinking for a while that I've been feeling a little run-down, and was having a conversation with my other half (who takes all sorts of vitamins and things) and she suggested that I try taking some vitamin D supplements, so I bought some of these, not expecting to feel any different.At first, I can honestly say that I didn't notice any difference, but I did slowly but surely begin to feel the effects and after a couple of weeks of taking this stuff every day I really was starting to feel much perkier. I now take one every day with food and y'know what? I think I'll keep doing this - maybe this whole vitamin taking lark really is worth it.A big plus point is that they're cruelty-free, too - so yeah! Good stuff!

Small round white pills .I'm definitly a fan of multivitamins and minerals and so on, when I search I spend a fair ammount of time to compair , view and reflect on wich is the best product. I also consume allot of whole milk in small quantitys like 1 cup of 250ml after some meals, and I mix my protein shake with about 750ml of whole milk so I said I want to make sure I'm not wasting the calcium because of lacking vitamin D.This is one of the best Vitamin D2 & D3 together on amazon, if not the best. I looked at alot of Vitamin D pills with regards to Vitamin D ammount. I could of taken independently Vitamin D2 and another box of Vitamin D3 to have a stronger dose but 400% RDA of both vitamin D2 and D3 in one pill is less head ache, and definitly a decent quantity .I take my vitamin D with one cup of 250 ml of Whole milk, 1 calcium pill and 1 magnesium pill.This would be beneficial for older people also because there ostheoporosis is mainly and precisely lack of vitamin D, calcium, magnesium and vitamin KVery happy

The pills arrived very quickly and seem genuinely good. They do seem a touch difficult to swallow but that maybe because I take too little water with them. Let’s hope they do the trick!

The lid doesn’t hold once opened , and I worried the pills will absorb humidity

Been using these along with a SAD light and have already noticed a big difference in my energy levels and mood. So nice to be able to get up in the morning, and yes, it IS vegan. Very satisfied.
