I used it to make lemon sorbet. So much easier than squeezing loads of fresh lemons. This tasted really fresh, not artificial at all. Really pleased with it and would recommend.

Certainly.I use this lemon juice product as backup, in case I run out of fresh lemons.The lemon juice taste is much milder, less "biting", than the fresh lemons I buy and squeeze.This bottled lemon juice cannot be fully compared with freshly squeezed lemons, yet it is still good as backup, when I run out of lemons or when I don't want to use my own freshly squeezed lemons for certain salads and hummus or other dishes. It may come to you as a surprise that I actually prefer this bottled lemon juice when I make hummus than freshly squeezed lemons - there is something in the taste/acidity that makes it work out better on hummus. I will still not give it 5 stars, because it is bottled lemon juice.I use freshly squeezed lemon juice for my daily vitamin C intake. If I had to use freshly squeezed lemon juice for all my cooking, I have to fill the fridge with lots of lemons, so out of convenience, I use this product.When I received the two bottles, the expiry date had 12 months left, which is good.It says on the bottle: "Refrigerate after opening and use within 40 days." Very convenient and flexible for me.I received two one liter lemon juice bottles swiftly.The bottles arrive locked to each other with a plastic seal. Very easy to cut the bottles from the plastic seal - just three cuts around the seal, using a small scissor. The same on the other bottle, just three small cuts, and the bottles are separated. Easy.It says on the bottle:"Squeezed from about 40 fresh lemons""Product of Spain""Not From Concentrate""No Added Water"It says on the bottle: "Kosher Kedassia". I guess it is vegan and Hallal too.

I used this product for years now it’s great taste brilliant quality. As to the price things are constantly going up but I believe this is worth every penny I’ll never stop using it as I have it all day in my water bottle. 👍

By far the best lemon juice on the market!Doesn't have this weird cirtic acid taste like other brands. Love the shape of the bottle and how easy it is to pour it!

One of the many customers buying this for detoxing. Not being made from concentrate makes it more suitable for this. Not as bitter as the alternative and as it is in litre containers actually better value. Enjoy.
