So I recently ordered this while I was still in the hospital because my nursing team noticed I was grinding my teeth a lot, I was really excited to get my package since it was just a few days after being discharged. Got it today, everything looked great but I did noticed the writing over the travel case was black instead of pink, not a big deal. But I followed the instructions exactly as they said, didn't go over 35 seconds, microwaved them separately and tried separately and I heavily packed two wet paper towels into the molds to make sure they wouldn't collapse inward, so imagine my surprise that after microwaving them and gently removing the paper towels they curved in and collapsed anyway (I even waited about ten seconds before trying not to mention slowly taking off the wet paper towel it says to wrap around it.) I'm just surprised it happened both times I tried it because I figured if one piece is ruined then no big deal I'll just wear the other. Hoping they give me a refund or a replacement for this product, but I'm upset because I had a feeling I was grinding my teeth after waking up with bad headaches and jaw pain, so it's been sitting in my wish list and save for later for a while.

I think that this overall is a decent product. If you mold it correctly, it is supposed to stay in place. The directions are clear yet unclear. You boil water, drop the mouth guard in for 10 seconds then put it in a bowl of cold water. They do not say how long to put it in the cold water, and that’s where it may get confusing, and your mold may not be right. However, I will say, comfort wise, it is there.

It's okay. I think it's a bit bulky around the gum line which makes it a bit uncomfortable and bothersome. It does like, suction cup around your teeth. I don't know if it's this specific product or if it's just a thing that happens when you wear stuff around your teeth like that, but my gums are always a bit swelled up when removed in the morning. Not painful, but annoying.So the instructions say to microwave with a wet paper towel inside it and I followed it to a T with great results. It wasn't super hot during the molding process and the paper towel really does make sure the sides don't cave in. I had to cut the ends down because it was really bothering the back of my teeth and mouth. Which was pretty easy to do. I didn't have to warm it to cut it.All in all, not a terrible choice by any means. Definitely cheaper than dentist ones (my dentist priced me at $400!) Its definitely worth it to keep my teeth from getting more damage. I waited too long before I got a grind guard and now I'm starting to get tooth sensitivity because the inner nerve is almost exposed.It's really a preference thing when it comes to these kinds of products. It's definitely not a bad one and you may find you really like this one compared to others.
