Originaly made in Vienna from 1918 (Austria) , this remake is a very good replacement under license I presume. Anyway it's better than a lot of other lighters for the money. Thanks.

It works well, hopefully will last good amount of years

This item arrived boxed. And apart from lighter fluid. Was ready to go. Filled it up, let the petrol absorb. And 5 minutes later, it lit first time.I already have the streamline version of this. And wanted this to have a pair. As i first had both these models in the 1980s. They were always reliable. And so far, (6 day's). This is working great. The slide cowling allows the flame height to be increased by sliding it down & vice versa. Happy with this.

Very poorly made. Flint mechanism seizes up after only a few days use.
