Great first kit
This is the first scale model I've tried my hand at since I was 12yrs old. Illness kept me doing little else. Very enjoyable to put together and lots of detail to hold my interest. I've learned a lot! About 10 Tamiya Paints were used and some clear gloss Windsor and Newton laquer. I used metallic black from Humbrol to match the bike I took my Direct Access test on in the 1990s. Revell pro glue was worrh the extra.Really nicely made kit, far better than my modelling skills.

Amazing detailed kit
A lot of fine details, but the fit is great, parts don't need much cleaning and looks fantastic when finishedkit includes metal springs for rear suspension and vinyl hose for detailing spark plugs wires, brake and clutch linesI didn't even need to use airbrush on this one, its very easy to paint with just a brushTamiya bike models are really the best quality I had

customer servise was not good in fact dreadful
I paid for quick delivery and it arrived safe and sound, however after unpacking the 2 suspension springs were missing, reported it to tamiya, who said contact the uk branch it was bought from unfortunatley they cannot or dont want to suppy parts as it cost money, dreadful customer service form both partiesI compromised and used springs from old clickity click pens and happy with result

Great kit
I hadn't made any motorcycle kits for years but I had a fancy to try this one and I wasn't disappointed. There was no flash and the parts fitted very well although due to my age I found one or two parts a bit fiddley. (I'm 68) but overall a great tamiya kit and good value for money. Highly recommend!

Excellent quality kit
Another excellent kit!Detail is superb and all the parts fit as they should.If your a modeller or a novice this kit will give you massive pleasure.For the price you can't go wrong.Make sure you remove the chrome coating where you need to glue together as the coating will stop the glue from working.For a modeller that usually builds 1/16 kits of mainly tanks and large ships this kit was a welcome distraction and a pleasure to build.Tamia quality comes through again.

box was not shrink wrapped but was taped on the bottom...opened an all parts bags are there and sealed...box was not damaged either
