Large GRADE 2 Commercial Privacy Indicator Lock

We installed these and the work great. No problems.

I like that we no longer have to jiggle the door knob to find out if the restrooms are occupied. Heavy duty and look great.

The unit came and I was impressed by it's heft and appearance. Installing was a bit harder than expected as it isn't a simple screw on unit. Once installed it worked great. About 6 months later the latch and spring literally popped off and the doorknob became useless. Past warranty date so out of luck I guess. I will spend more on a more sturdy unit next time.

Nice overall product, but has some hard-sharp edges so it’s not quite as ergonomic to the hands as it could be. Good value for money and sturdy construction with tight tolerances.

Works great. Easy install. Can feel a little metal on metal contact with lock operation.

Once i got iteam it is really low quality and the lever does not unlock from inside when you try to pull down lever

I liked the lock, that it was reversible (though took me a minute to figure out how as instructions aren't great). Anyways, as a lock itself it is fine but I just failed my inspection because it does not unlock if you open it from the inside (single action lock they called it) so might not work where ya are depending how stringent your inspectors are.

The vacate and occupied is clearly visible.
