PHILIPS Xenon X-TremeVision Gen2 +150% D3S HID Xenon Bulbs Set Of Two (2)

Better light color than original. Very good light output. Even though lights I replaced were older, I believe these are probably better than original. Good value for the money. I would definitely recommend.

Last summer I purchased a 2017 Ford Escape with HID bi-xenon headlights. This is my first vehicle with HID headlights and I was immediately and extremely disappointed with the light output. I purchased a set of LED fog lights (Fahren H11) and those seemed brighter than my stock headlights. I started doing research and settled on the Philips X-TremeVision Gen2 to replace the stock Osram 66430HBI D3S bulbs used in my vehicle as the Philips are consistently rated as one of the brightest HID bulbs available right now. Installation on the '17-'19 Ford Escapes is a bit of a challenge, but can be done without removing the headlight assembly as the bulbs are held in with just a rotating locking ring. Small hands, good lighting and a small mirror are helpful. The passenger side was the hardest as the coolant reservoir needs to be moved out of the way. After installing the first bulb, I fired up the lights and was immediately shocked. I wish I had taken a picture. Against the garage door the light from the stock Osram bulb looked almost brown by comparison. With both bulbs installed I went for a night drive and immediately realized that this is what I expected from HID headlights, truly amazing. I can see! All that being said, $200 is a pretty penny to pay for a couple of light bulbs. However, the light output from the stock bulbs was frighteningly awful (literally), so from a safety standpoint alone it was worth it. If you have a have a Ford Escape (or probably any other Ford vehicle with bi-xenon headlights) and feel that the light output from your headlights isn't what it should be, I highly recommend these bulbs.

Im not sure if its 150% better, but definitely brighter than stock grand cherokee headlights. Visibility is very clear. And got them in 10 days to Qatar. Thats quite fast.

A stiff price, no doubt. But it is as described. Tried many LEDs and none meet the expectation. Not for this particular application. I.,e headlight bulb. It is far brighter than stock. I tried the LED rout but those cheap LED didnt light anything. Even tried a few expensive ones and what a waste of time. So i bit the bullet on this Product and it did hit the mark. What we needed for our GMC Yukon Denali Xl. A keeper for sure.

These bulbs have been in my car for about a year and a half. The brightness is very high compared to most other cars on the road.I did some modifications to install it perfectlyMUSTANG GT 2007

I think these are good quality bulbs. They look bright and I would assume them to last. The light output was whiter than stock but not much brighter. It could be due to the crappy stock HID projectors in the vehicle.

At first I thought that these bulbs are not as bright as they sold to be, but it wasn’t till later when I noticed they are actually bright I just needed to get use to it’s illumination.Many other drivers thought I had my high beams on at certain inclines. Also, when using for safety light during day time, road signs actually reflect the light being illuminated.Takes time getting used to, but these bulbs don’t disappoint.Note: I did not rate for longevity or value because I have not reach the bulbs expectancies. If I remember later on, I will.
