Q: My bidet doesn't even switch on anymore, tried changing batteries which didn't help. What could be the reason?

Sounds like the pump might be seized. Try using weak descaler in tank, making sure to fully flush through if successful.

Q: I cant get the battery compartment open

Just pull the tag up. You should be able to just get a finger nail to pull the tag. Holding the tag twist it anticlockwise and just pull up. There is an arrow to show open and close.

Q: Can I have a spare water tank?

I am sure that a spare tank is not available and the overall price for a spare would be close to the full (and reasonable) cost of a new device, I expect. I can’t agree the device is poorly made - quite the reverse. It’s an excellent productt in terms of manufacturing quality, but, like all of these, could often do with a bit more power in the spray. That said, for anyone with haemorrhoid issues or after an op on them, this is near perfect.

Q: How can I obtain a replacement washer for the water tank?

I don't think replacement tanks are available. Perhaps contact the manufacturer.
