I like the idea of individual packages because then you don't need to travel with bottles and it's more discreet. They are also sterile until they are opened, so it's more likely that there would be no transfer of germs like you would find when sharing a bottle. My son's feeding tube needs changed out about every 3 to 6 months. I bought this product due to the fact that the kit to change out the Mickey button does not come with a lubricant to help with replacing feeding tube. The small packets are perfect for this due to the fact that they stay sterile until you need to use them instead of using a tube which may not stay sterile. In hindsight I should have shopped for a package that came with fewer packets. I will most likely only use a fraction of the box before the expiration date.

I need lube for parties, and bottles can be so expensive. These little packets aren't very attractive, but they make it very easy to scatter in each room. The work very well for encounters on the go. I'm glad to have them. The lube is fine and not irritating.
