This is my first time buying metallic colored Luster dust, the quality perfection fun to use is extremely fun trying to get a little teeny decorations still like sparkly is not an easy task the glitter, the shine the metallic color the way it sparkles under light. It is gorgeous. I plan on buying a whole lot more great quality the quality is just beyond expected.

I used this for added depth and color on some mermaid candy molds. I first tried painting already made shapes, and that worked great. But painting the silicone molds with this first, was even better, and easier. Really adds more color and shine to the candies!

The item arrived with some dusting all over the inside of package. 1 of the seals on the containers seemed to be open a bit not sure why but all the others were closed. I used it to brush onto some gumpasted orchids i made. Let me say, i wasnt expecting it to cover so much but it did! Full coverage and very shimmery. Overall, great product.

Saw a video of some decorative potions people were making online, and thought they'd make a cool Christmas gift. Looked around for a recipe, and in pretty much all of them, people recommended using edible luster dust. I found some at a craft store, but it was extremely expensive, so I instead tried to cheap out and use some mica powder I found instead. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, that didn't work, so I found this stuff on Amazon and ordered it, as it was as cheap as the mica powder considering the amount you get.Turns out, I should have bought this stuff to start with! In combination with some food coloring, adding this stuff makes some beautiful swirls in the liquid, and seems to sink instead of float, which makes it easy to shake up again (the mica powder would float and just coat the inside of the top of the bottles, and wouldn't actually mix into the liquid). The different colored powders let me tweak the exact look, making for some cool effects.I will note that the pots are pretty small, and I'm assuming because it's edible, the pots are sealed with a foil seal. This is fine, however they didn't have any kind of pull tab, so be EXTREMELY CAREFUL when removing the seal, as if you screw up, it's very easy to scatter a bunch of the powder.After making the potions, we tried just adding it to some of our drinks, and the effect was just as cool, but drinkable! Didn't notice any kind of taste/flavor changes, so we'll definitely have to use this for more than just decorative potions.Definitely recommend this stuff if you saw the same videos around online and wanted to try yourself. My final recipe was distilled water, a bit of glycerin, water or gel based food coloring, and then maybe like a 1/16th of a teaspoon of the luster dust.

When I received these the box they came in was covered in dust from the containers, I did enjoy using them though. Very beautiful colors that add a little sparkle to whatever you've made
