Easy to use and looks good!
Bought this because I was using Nuk bottles, love the brand, their products are really well made. Using this for warming bottles only at the moment. No measuring cup is provided but that doesn’t bother me (I have a small measuring container I can use). Sometimes the bottle temp. is inconsistent in that some bottles are slightly warmer/cooler than others but it’s not a major issue for me - if I think it is too warm I just cool it under the tap (but it doesn’t happen often, it’s usually fine). Love the overall look of the product, it’s not too imposing on the kitchen worktop! The warmer can be used for other bottle brands. The only negative I have is that the lead isn’t very long, but on the whole I’m really happy with it.

Useless
Does not heat milk, warms the bottle but the milk is still cold

Amazing but not quite 5 stars
This product is lovely and compact, easy to clean and does what you want it to do. Pop your bottle or jar in and push the button, by the time nappys changed, its warmed up item lovely. Can lift it out in it's basket and check it, if not as hot then lower it again. The one thing stopping the 5 stars is- if you want to stop the heating earlier, it has to be unplugged via main plug, the button is on only, not off. I hope they fix this, as then it would be perfect!

It works but it’s not ideal
Like everyone else it seems, I’ve encountered the same issues. As soon as I plugged it in, it starts boiling - the button does nothing.I tried measuring the water but ended up with the liquid at 60 degrees, so clearly this is going to have to be monitored during use as it showed no signs of switching off like the box claims.I bought a matching bottle so I could be sure it fit ok, which it does but due to it boiling the water it spits water so be careful when using.Thankfully the bottle I bought has a colour changing temperature indicator so teamed with a thermometer I can at least be sure to not over heat the liquid.I wanted a warmer as I found juggling hot & cold water to try & get the right temperature meant I was constantly adding water then adding powder trying to get the right consistency and making too much so now I can make it & warm it up instead. For what I need it for, it’ll do, but it’s not ideal given it’s not the cheapest on the market and the reason I bought this was because none of the warmers seem to come with a bottle, so I had no idea if any bottle I bought would fit and I found the warmer & a bottle by the same brand so figured they would work together. It feels like this could be better & that there is clearly a lot of faulty stock out there which this company should address as this can’t be a one off issue & suggests it’s been a poor design from the get go.I assume it’s supposed to switch off when it effectively boils dry but that seems a bit of a risk to me, so I’d not trust it to be left unattended & will let it run for a minute & then check the temperature with my thermometer before using the liquid as there seems no way to monitor the temperature via the warmer. So, it’ll do, but is disappointing.UPDATE: After a few uses I’ve worked out how to use this item. Not all of the issues have now magically been rectified - it still doesn’t have an accurate way of managing the temperature etc but now I’ve sussed out what I’m doing. So, if you fill the device with water before switching it on at the wall, it kicks in as soon as you do.If you power it up empty then it is off until you push the button. If you have a smaller amount of water in it then you may need to hold the button for a few seconds to get it to register. The button only turns the device on, there is no off option aside from the wall plug. You have to calculate the exact amount of water needed to heat your liquid to the desired temperature. Assuming you don’t change the amount of liquid requiring heating or the temperature you heat it from (refrigerated versus room temp for example) then in theory this works. The reality is it’s not a good method. When the water has effectively boiled dry, the unit turns off.So basically it’s not a well thought out design but turns out to a degree that it does what it says on the box. Which, given the box has minimal instructions on it, is not really a hard achievement.

Great product, bad reviews are people who don't read/understand instructions
Please ignore most of the low reviews who clearly don't understand how it works....It auto shuts off when there's no water left in the bottom. You only add how much water you need. Or you switch off the wall plug if you added too much.It doesn't take long to work out the volume of water needed for your bottles. It also obviously needs cleaning and descaling from time to time, like any water-filled product would, otherwise it may heat the limescale or spilled milk and cause smoke etc....It's very quick to warm bottles and easy to set up. We ended up with two, one downstairs and one upstairs for night feeds, and will be using them again for our second baby as they were a godsend.

Super convenient
I dont get the bad reviews. Yes it is a little confusing since there are no setting whatsoever, just the amount of water you ned to figure out yourself, but you do after 2-3 tries, and i actually find that the lack of complicated programs and settings makes my life easier. It heats stuff ssooo fast compared to how we were doing it before, boiling water in a kettle and warming the bottle in a bowl. Compared tot hat, this is life changing. I wouldnt want any other warmer.

Wont buy again ! Got burnt and does not work anymore
Review Update - been about 4-5 months using this. As mentioned in previous review the button to turn off is useless and now the bottle warmer is burnt out completely.. I would have expected for this to run more than 4-5 months..Reducing my rating from 3 to 2 stars..Goods :very fast, if you dont need too hot, then even 30-40 seconds are enoughNo complicated functionsCheapBads :The cable/chord is way too small may be 2 ft approx..the on off button does not work, so once you turn on, the only way to turn it off is to switch is the main power switch. The button on the warmer is useless.
