This is the best one I've tried so far - two of us have 2 tablespoons per day in our morning smoothie. Really helps with cravings for sugar and the afternoon slumps - skin is better and overall great improvement in the things I was looking for.Wouldn't be without it now. Also makes the smoothie smooooother!

Very fresh and best tasting flaxseed oil I have ever had, and I have been using it for over a decade for MS. This oil is first class for taste and goes well with morning porridge oats and fruit . Yes , I would heartily recommend this product .

I use the oil as part of the Dr Budwig diet. This mixed with low fat cottage cheese is part of an anti-cancer regime. Please search for Budwig Diet if you want any more information on this. This product is excellent - a little too expensive and I have noticed a rise in price since I first started using it.
