Q: how long will these stay lit with a 10,000 mah power bank ?

A few hours I think. My power bank had all four lights on initially (fully charged) and after about 1 1/2 hours (not sure exactly) the power bank was down to two lights lit. So they do seem to drain it pretty fast. But I REALLY like the lights so for me it's totally worth it to just have an extra power bank on hand. All the other lights I saw on Amazon were way more expensive than these.

Q: Do you have a recommended combo of solar panel+battery for this lights?

If you want to build something more sizeable, at least battery bank-wise, you can either just purchase a LARGE battery bank (I own a couple 30,000mAh packs) or you can even use a small solar setup like the kits they sell all over amazon. For instance, I have 2x 12v 10Ah SLA batteries, wired in parallel, and being charged by a 30watt solar panel. Its all tied together with a $15 PWM solar controller, which very conveniently offers USB outputs as well. You could either run the lights directly off there, or use it to charge a USB power bank, etc.

Q: Can I get just the usb cable? I already have solar model, was unaware of the usb option, would be great to have a backup power supply for camping.

If your solar model can be unplugged from the solar charger it should have a USB male plug. If not, you’ll need to get something like this.
