DC Comics Fighting Superman Figure

Great as an ornament for a kids or as a cake topper as we used it, perfect for my little boy's cake. It's fixed to the base and is solid so obviously no good if you're looking for a toy!

I really loved this figure

As detailed figures go this 4-inch hand painted figure of Kryton's Finest Son Kal-El as Superman is excellent.You do get a choice of at least three poses of Superman. This is the better.It is more of a collectable figure that a toy.With others from the series, they look splendid on a shelf together.Although described as hand painted this is to a minimum.Rather the Red of Superman is red plastic welded to the figure, the blue, yellow and so on.This makes it much robust that a hand painted alone one.How ever it is a good figure for all of that and stands 4 inches tall.As each figure is hand painted each is different and when I saw a collection of around ten together it was clear some figure painters were far more skilled and careful than others. So if you buy mail order your figure might not be as good as others.You can get a few others in the DC Universe super heroes so a Justice League may be possible(Now the irony is that if they produce a figure of the Atom it would be life-sized!).The original Green Lantern figure and the Flash are excellent.All are worth getting.

Arrived loose in a brown box. I have the others in the collection, all arrived in original packaging. No where in the listing did it say that it was opened and missing orignal packaging. Very disapppointing especially for the price as it was more expensive than my others.
