I was on the hunt to find a sleeping aid that not only aided me to sleep but allowed me to get a good nights rest. I had taken great supplements with almost the same ingredients but I could no longer buy. When I tried this product I didnt really notice a difference in my sleep but thought maybe it’s in my head, maybe I’m too stressed. I decided to try another brand and immediately I noticed the differences and had three nights of really good sleep. I bought this product because the price was cheaper than others however, the med choice brand I’m currently using is cheaper and works better for me.

I've been taking this stuff almost every night since I got them. I keep a bottle right next to my sink and throw back 2-3 right after brushing my teeth. I haven't had any stomach issues or anything and I sleep well without feeling groggy. I've felt refreshed the next day much more often with these. For me, they're like an extra layer of "sleep defense" in the sense that I just keep taking them to ensure I sleep I well consistently. I don't feel heavy the next day either. I should track the difference with out Oura ring but I keep forgetting to use it. I like the ingredients that are in it and I think the quantities are a better value than what I'd get anywhere else.-- UpdatesStill love this product. These are kinda like my "get out jail free card" whenever I absolutely MUST get a good night's sleep. What I found is that less is more. I tested out taking 4 capsules in 1 night. Couldn't sleep. It has the opposite effect. If I take just 1 capsule, it knocks me out. I wife got some Pillow and linen spray from their website, and she's addicted to it. Combined I think it's pretty effective for us.
