I have used similar rings in the past and they have worked well. Based on the product description I bought this ring in the smallest size. Nevertheless it is too big, the diameter is 17mm rather than 14, rendering it useless. The seller does not refund unless the product is faulty. I feel cross because it was bought in good faith but is not as described and my money has been wasted.

My good lady advises that snoring has reduced, with the odd exception. Can't say that I wake feeling more refreshed than before but that's not really the main concern. So I'd say overall it's worth a go!

OMG - a life saver, my husband’s life that is. I seriously cannot recommend this amazing little thing enough. My husband is a 360 degree snorer, snores whether he is lying on his side, front but horrendous if he was on his back. And once he has had a couple of beers, well, his snoring was driving me towards murder. I told him a couple of years ago to see a Dr or a Solicitor because his snoring is like torture which surely is grounds for divorce???On holiday this year, in a caravan, he was evicted to sleeping outside because his snoring was so bad. This came up in conversation with a German couple on our campsite, and it was this couple who told us about the snore ring, I was straight on line to get one ordered but for some reason delivery to Italy wasn’t accepted so we had to wait to trial this ‘cure’ once we got home.And all I can say is ‘it works’. Our not so clinical trials over the past week have given it some challenges, a 13 hrs drive home from holiday, first night very tired, a couple of nights after a beer or three, and a testing night after attending a punk concert, but the results were still the same... no snoring.I do not understand how something so small, worn on the right hand little finger can be so amazingly effective. I know it is to do with acupuncture pressure points but in truth I don’t care, so long as it continues to work as well as it has.100% recommended.I am one happy wifey and husband is quite pleased too, (the bruised ribs are becoming a thing of the past, ha ha)

Initially bought cheap base metal version to see if it worked - it did but left a black mark on my finger so went for the silver version. The ring supplied is considerably bigger than the base metal version (same size - large) and overlaps slightly but still seems to work, or at least my wife has stopped prodding me in the ribs!

My husband has used snore rings in the past and have been successful. I ordered the large using the sizing guide but when it arrived it was 5mm bigger than stated so it was far too big even if you adjusted it.I have contacted the seller but no help and you are not able to return or exchange which I think is really bad if the size is completely different to what is stated in description.Waste of money!!!

I bought this for my husband as an aid to help me get a good night's sleep instead of listening to his snoring. I was hopeful but it didn't make any difference. I'm sure others will have success so I would still say give it a go.

Received this product promptly, unfortunately it didn't make any difference to my partners problem with her snoring, but hey, had to try anything.

Tried virtually everything to get a better nights sleep. My wife suffers with acute sinusitis and sleep apnoea. Although not ideal she still sleeps throughout the night. However I am unable to get to sleep at all or only for minutes at a time. I didn't believe that a little ring could anything at all for us. Within three days ( or rather nights ) I was eating my words. Don't get me wrong it's not a magic wand that works every time but 90% of the time it has been our "Precious". I can tell within minutes if she's forgotten to wear it so it must be doing something positive!!
