Versatile and easy to use
I have discovered quinoa flakes by chance and they are so much quicker and easy to prepare. I make a porridge with these every morning as I don't digest oat. These are fab, tasty and quick to make + high in proteins. I also add to soups and I recently made meat balls and used some to bind and thicken a bit. I love them!

Quinoa flakes are a useful store cupboard standby, reasonably cheap for a bowl of breakfast goodness containing a surprising amount of minerals and fibre. Good value comes in small packages! 😀

Perfect for making porridge!
I use this product to make my morning porridge and I can‘t give it up! It is perrrrfect for porridge! Many people get surprised when I mention that I use it to make porridge but believe me it is better than anything else for a nice warm fluffy breakfast! Subscribed to monthly delivery too! Dunno what to do if I run out of this!

Taste like grass!
I can eat bland food with no problem and enjoy various plain cereals including spelt puffs and oats. I saw these online and as I like quinoa (cooked), I thought that I'd try them. The reviews on Amazon were 75% five star, which was encouraging.They arrived today and I have tasted a little. Sorry - they are horrible and reminiscent of grass! I can't imagine what I'd need to do to make the palatable. The aftertaste lingers too. Quite unpleasant.They have a short expiry date too - 24 Sept 2024.
