Awful product, cheap and looks it, so flimsy and not fit for purpose. Went straight in the bin. Wouldnt recommend

I have a Kenwood CKH600 cooker hood, & needed the filters replaced. I couldn't find any replacement online.I finally came across these and after making sure I measured the old ones thoroughly I ordered 2 filters. They are flimsier than the originals, and they seem to be 1mm less in size, as there's a tiny gap. Considering the good price I paid for these the filters are manageable. So glad I came across these.

Having seen mixed reviews I was unsure of what to expect. But have to say item is exactly as described and fits my cooker hood perfect. Just double check all the measurements to the pictures provided, they are precise and correct. The outer frame of the filter is blue - not apparent in picture, but I quite like it on my silver hood.

I wanted one of these to replace the one that got discoloured after putting it in the dishwasher ( yes I know in hindsight that the instructions DO NOT use dishwasher ) I measured the unit and chose on from the ones on Amazon. It never dawned on my to measure the fixing prongs on the side opposite the release mechanism and of course they did not fit... So I removed the new element from the frame by drilling out the pop rivet and fitted it to the fitted it in the old frame that was screwed on final corner.. It was then I noticed that old element was a 5 sheets , two of which were steel ? front and back and sandwiched 3 aluminium sheets and felt VERY robust where the new one is 3 aluminium sheets and feels quite flimsy.. I dont believe it will last too many of the weekly hand washes but at least I know how to correctly order up a replacment but will do a little more research tp get a robust model.

These do feel a bit flimsier than the original filters on my Baumatic BT26.1SS. They were a tight fit but on the whole am very happy with them as they do cost a tiny fraction compared to the originals which can be hard to find

It was not the size I wanted having thought I had the proper measurements. Did not return as it would have cost nearly as much as the original price.
