Worth the extra
Fitted for a client 2 months ago and still working fine, easy to fit and set up. Cheaper ones have died within a week!

Good Quality, easy to fit.
It is not cheap for a motion sensor but is a nice quality brand. Straightforward to install, a few adjustments to get the sensing window set but overall good. Would buy again, hopefully it will last a few years.

Works as it should - easy to fit. Covers my front door for when we exit the house and also my front gate for visitors.

Good product and good range as l needed good reach to detect. I sealed the cable opening to make water resistant although gromit supplied with transuent mastic, need to put this unit in a secure area away from the posability of been knocked, as the body is plastic and could easily be damage from impact.

Does exactly what it says. Simple install. I used wago blocks inside, easy to connect.

It replaces other failed makes.
I cannot as yet give this German manufactured sensor a full 5 stars without a sufficient period of ownership. I have bought this Steinel to replace three other far cheaper Chinese made sensors that all failed after a few months, due I suspect to component failure, rather due to misuse or water ingress. Years ago sensor reliability (now it appears to be) was not an issue, so I have changed my allegiance albeit and paying more for a German product with a 5 year warrantee.
