Lemon essence
Am a bit disappointed as I don’t think for the price it’s lemony . The dropper won’t sit on the bottle but I used about half a teaspoon in my soya yogurt . Really did nt taste much at all .Maybe I need to increase the amount ? But don’t think I would purchase again

I've just made buttercream and added your lemon flavour .It tastes really nice and lemony.I've frozen for use later .I've yet to make the cake and will review again when I've flavoured the mixture .

Nice flavouring
This is a nice mellow lemon flavour I’m on my 3rd bottle. If you want more zingy lemon flavour add a bit of juice. But I just made a vegan lemon cake for a celebration party and this was great.
