Beautiful knife
This knife is beautiful and sharp, much better than the knives i have had before, and looks excellent on my magnetic board. It would be nice if it came with an information sheet on the metals used, the methods used in crafting it, and hardness, of the blade. I would like to know those things.

Buy a blade guard seperately.
I was surprised this knife didn't come with a guard. But oh my what a beautiful knife. Nice weight in the hand and very sharp.Comes in a beauitful wooden box.

Handle broke in half before use.
The knife is really well packaged and presented, HOWEVER...upon giving to my friend for his 50th Birthday he removed the knife from the box for the very first time and the handle just broke in half. Extremely embarrassing and disappointing. Pictures attached. I bought in advance of his birthday party, being prepared as you do. There was just a small window for returns which has now passed so I am left with no way to complain to the seller/manufacturer and have a useless knife.
