21st Century life Dangers
I just got this book recommended by a friend who said that this book is a MUST read.Even though the price was high for me, still bought it.After I got the book just browsed to page 256on 5G network.It was a OMG moment and a MUST read chapter for anyone who owns a I-Phone. Mind boggling. Nobody has expressed 5G this way.If anyone wants to take good care of the body, this book is absolutely required.I am now intrigued,what other chapters reveal that is useful.

Covers many important inter-related biophysics topics ignored by the soulless media and medical mafia. But it's quite confusing in parts. Some things are explained poorly and left me in a muddle. There are problems with organization and coherence. The author warns against experts who never express doubt yet draws from the work of Jack Kruse who epitomizes this kind of hubris. Though Kruse is also uniquely knowledgable on these topics. The result is that some assertions are overstated. The political and societal contexts given by the author are spot on.

This book takes a complex subject and makes it understandable. The subject is how you can optimize your health by creating the best environment for yourself. Simple and free approaches that actually work. Who knew that bare feet on the ground, pure water, local and in-season foods, and getting eyes and skin in the sun could be so powerful? Eat seafood. Stay away from cell towers, smartmeters, wifi at night, and bright lights after sunset. Set your circadian rhythms for success. Focus on the cell level to get every part of your body glowing with amazing health and vitality.

This is a very, very important book.
It's big - and it took me a while to read because some of the information is so stunning and mindblowing.I needed to sit with the ideas for a bit, or go back and re-read a chapter again before continuing.As a book lover, I'm not usually the type to mark up books. But this is one I intend to keep forever, so pulled out the highlighter and marked up important parts. I fully expect to return and reference portions of this book over and over.I read A LOT of health books, blogs, etc. This is THE VERY BEST thing I have read in years. No kidding.
