It's difficult to shop for certain items online, without being able to try it on there and then. Because custom-made insoles were too expensive I just took a punt on these.As soon as they arrived I switched them out in my gym trainers and I noticed the difference immediately. They were a bit uncomfortable but I got used to them quickly.They support my feet in all the right places. They don't try to reshape my arches, they just keep everything right. I felt I could train better in them and decided I needed some for walking about in my normal trainers so bought another pair. I now have one pair for gym/football and another for everyday casual use. I'm really pleased with them.

I'm on my feet at work 10-12 hours a day averaging 25000 -30000 steps a day they are comfy so far just getting used to the different feel compared to previous innersole must say have had no pain I'm metatarsal compared to previous key

Terrible.... Arch so hard it hurt my feet and unusable. Beware they charge over four pounds to return even thoigh product not good.

Nice, real nice. Obviously makes things a bit snugger too - main reason for getting mine, so if your shoes fit well already they might be a squeeze after these are in.....very comfy though and I'm very happy with them.

Thesee have really helped with my over pronation. They are comfy to wear and I really can feel a difference. Excellent value for money.

These insoles are really comfortable put them in my walking boots at the weekend only walked about 7 miles but the difference was amazing the arch support works really well would definitely recommend them
