I’m not into the soft hotel style pillow, this pillow is firm but soft enough to be comfortable.

Decent quality, but I'd classify it soft, not medium. Just another pillow really, no special "orthopaedic" benefits noticed. Bought to alleviate arthritic shoulder and neck pain.

I have a neck injury and go to see a chiropractor every 6weeks who tells me my pillow has to be changed every 4months last night I slept well this pillow helped alot it was flat but I left it out a few hours and plumped it up before bed time the memory foam inside is so thin and tiny I was skeptical.but I woke this morning and was happy definitely a good buy now a few weeks on I would say its like any other bounce back pillow and don't use it any more it's not suitable for me

Ok if you like a very soft pillow, had good reviews and I don't understand why. Billed as orthopedic pillow but absolutely no support. Has a rating of 6 and I dread to think what the softer ones are!

Honestly this pillow is awful. I found it incredibly soft and overpriced for a ‘firm’ pillow. Again, not the sellers fault because it’s sold as described on the manufacturer website and on the packaging so it’s a ‘silent night’ issue. If you’re looking for a firm pillow, I wouldn’t buy this. Arrived quickly
