Best Bass Gig Bag Out There.
I’ve had other gig bags before, but Mono is always next level. Plenty of storage and lots of useful pockets, highly padded interior with a very secure locking neck brace, padded rubber boot on the bottom (a common damage area on a lot of bags), comfortable backpack straps, removable wheels, and waterproof fabric and zippers as well. This is about as military-grade as a gig bag can get. Highly recommended, if slightly more expensive than some other options. Definitely worth investing in the Tick accessory bag as well, since it can be fastened to the front of the Vertigo Ultra for easy transport of accessories, or something like a HX Stomp XL/small pedalboard.

Another Great Mono Bag/Case
Just had this delivered. The protection factor is definitely a upgrade and the additional pockets and compartments are nice for odds and ends. As a traveling musician I got this for the Free Ride Wheel System. I hoping this will be a back saver for those long airport walks. I’ll be able to test it out in a few weeks at the gauntlet that is Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. The long security lines and what usually is a long walk from gates the Air Train. This bag/case in backpack mode rides higher than the standard Vertigo even with the straps fully extended but I believe this will create less stress on the lower back. There are also back pads that are a really nice cushion on the mid back. It’s no issue to carry this with the wheels attached if you choose. This bag may be considered pricey but if you’re a traveling bass player and want to take the weight off your back it may worth the price. It was a no brainer for me.
