Perfect fit - just as the original
The product arrived quickly and on time as stated by the seller. It was identical to the original which came with the toilet, so it was just a simple process of unscrewing the old unit and screwing the new one back into place.

Direct replacement easy to install
Having searched for a direct replacement via the image I had taken of the old unit, this proved to be critical in ensuring I had ordered the correct item. what's even more important is that Roca have replaced the old rubber seal with a more robust silicone type seal that works a treat. I completed the install under 5 minutes, the only thing I forgot to do was to adjust the flush level using the blue float device in the middle of this item, however that's a simple task.

Easy to fit but fragile so be careful
The media could not be loaded. As you can see from the start of my video and old valve had a corroded washer with limescale on it that was causing a small flow of water into the toilet. It was simply a case of turning the water supply off, twisting the old vale about 1cm anti-clockwise and lifting to remove it, then putting the new one on in reverse. You have to be careful not to twist the old and new valves from the top otherwise they may crack. Hold them at the bottom where there are raised notches around the base that help you grip the bottom. I found that rubber gloves helped me grip better. It took about a minute to screw the new one on as it wouldn’t turn clockwise, but don’t force it as it will eventually slip into place. Also there are two models and this one was correct for my two button valve unit from 2005. The other unit is for newer models from a different year. Overall good product and easy to fit.

Only place we could find the right product!
Stopped the toilet from continually running. We replaced it two years ago too.
