I love the book but the access code is not working. When I enter it, it kept saying it was used already. And I'm the one that scratch it off.

I use this book as a an instructor to enhance my presentation.

As advertised, I was expecting to have an online access to the book which would make it easier answering and reviewing the questions. A protected access code was provided which I inputted on the site and I got a "successful" activation status. For me not to find the book in my contents. On calling the technical support, I was informed that the book has not yet been released so no access yet AND they do not know the exact time in April for online access!!!! What do I do??? Can't effectively use the book and can't return it since the code has been used!! There goes my $70(with tax)!!
