Cozy with white fireplace
I love the way this white fireplace looks with my moody colored walls. I have the black version downstairs and it sets an ambiance of light that is very pretty.For the white fireplace, had to contact the seller for a replacement piece because one of the longer pieces arrived broken. The seller worked to make sure I got what I needed to put it all together.

I just wish I could turn the fireplace lights off and have the shelf lights on at times. Other than that no issues, kept side doors off just because I liked it better.. so cute !

Hinges
I really enjoy my tv stand. Assembly was easy. I will say the door hinges are kind of tricky and since the entire thing is fiberboard the screw holes are easily stripped

Poor responsiveness; broken items; don’t waste your time.
Save your time. Save your money. I received many broken pieces. I’ve been contacting (by message) the seller multiple times a day, every single day for the past 4 days. They lack responsiveness and don’t even have a contact phone number. They reply once a day and make the return process super difficult. Amazon is in the process of filing a claim with this 3rd party company. I would not waste my time trying to order anything from them. I would rate a 0 out 5 if I could. Horrible customer service. Beware.The pictures don’t do it justice. I would add more photos if the repackaging wasn’t so hard for me… a lot of the main items cracked and almost severed in half. The two pictures I uploaded are two different pieces.. two of the biggest pieces that need to be assembled at that

AMAZING
It’s so beautiful, and vibrant and super super cozy! And keeps the room extremely warm I love it! Assembling takes a while more so because I did it myself. Other than that everything was there nothing broken. All good thanks!

Loving our new electric fireplace
It takes several hours to build for 1 person but it is easy to assemble. Other than that we love it and so does our cat.
