Small tablet with just the right daily amount of D3 and K2 to make sure you get vitamin D in your body. Vitamin D is extremely important to your overall mind and body. Went to the doctors for bloodwork and told me my vitamin D levels are superb which most people are deficient and I rarely go outside, so it really works. Totally worth!

(Edit: there are not 60 capsules, there were only 45 in my last one)Small, helps with my SAD (SEASONAL AFFECTIVE DISORDER), you need that peprine and you can taste it if you let it sit on your tongue for too long. I won't take it if there's 2 separate pills for D3 and K2 so this works. Knowing it's legit and small batch is why I'm buying it and telling my vita-junkie family about it. Will be buying this for life. Please don't sell out to big pharma!
