Is this camera good for astromonical photos or otherwise outside dark\night images?

Yes it is. It’s not the best but it’s still great. Astro photos need a good lens and a good tripod or even better a star tracker. Even with a low end camera if you have good glass and a star tracker you can take epic pics.
