I had strained a muscle on my right side and been in pain for 2 week, trying to take medicines, using ice packs, resting, massaging and nothing has worked. I got this today it's been AMAZING, been using it every hour for a few minutes at a time and my pain is almost completely gone! The heat definitely gets intense so I lowered it, I was worried it wouldn't be hot enough but it is. Love that it's portable I can strap it on me and do anything. Auto shut off is great because at the end of the night I was just laying there and forgot to turn it off but it shut off once it had been on long enough. Cord is pretty short to charge but I just used my phone charger, no issues with the one they provided but doesn't have a box anyways. Amazing product and super inexpensive. 10/10 recommend

I love my product it works wonders i would recommend this product if you have bad cramps the heating on it goes up to 131 but cuts off when the temperature is reached loved the three different vibrations fits so comfortable it's worth the money

Love it. I can take it everywhere. It’s discreet and gives great warmth and relief. It does self cut off every 15 to 30 minutes which is aggravating at times but I still love it. Also wonderful for use at work under clothes if you are always cold.

The media could not be loaded. Literal life saver. Gets super hot and the vibrations help so much with cramps. I have HORRIBLE cramps. I love that it’s adjustable & you can wear it under clothes. Only thing I dislike is it’s so loud

I use this all the time and I love it, especially with the massage, it has a bunch of heat settings which get really warm and it’s small enough to not be seen under a hoodie which I wear a lot on my period. It has a timer too with auto shut off which is great when I fall asleep to save the battery.

I want to give this five stars. I really do. The heat is wonderful, can control the temperature, the battery life is actually better than I thought it’d be. It helps provide both pelvic pain and back pain relief (not at the same time).However, the device has a “hot spot.” There’s a piece that protrudes out a bit and gets seriously hot, like I could get burned, while the rest of the pad is cooler.Maybe mine just has a defect? I don’t know. It’s annoying though.
