This sanfe cream is the best cream I have ever came across, it helps in reducing pigmentation on neck, elbows and knees. It has super ingredients in it which helps in reducing the darkness around concerned areas. With consistent use it gives good results I suggest to use it for atleast 3 weeks to notice the difference. Overall it is a good product to try.

Honestly after using it for 2 months I felt a difference. It is for those who has higher pigmented skin, dark areas. But only using spotlite cream won't work so better use it with lightening serum and scrub and use it regularly for good results.It takes time to heal so keep patience and you will see the results!
