Unfortunately this product didn't work for me.

Don't bother these don't work. I thought I could take these instead of making up a nasty hops drink for my body. I can't the potency is practically non existent and the price is beyond reasonable. I am so annoyed I wasted my money on this. I'm working on making the hops drink more palatable but I think the added benefits outweigh the downside of the taste. Save your money. It's s placebos effect nothing more. It certainly doesn't work for me. Get the hops loose leaf you'll be glad of it. Amazing skin, hair and body. Compared to non existent results and an empty wallet.

Had quite an adverse reaction to these. Made me nauseous and upset my stomach and I broke out in spots. I think this is possibly because the iodine content is far higher than the recommended daily dose, as there’s a high amount of kelp in each capsule
