Power when you need it.
Sorry, I can't comment on longevity, I've only recently purchased the battery. Going by it's present performance though, I am sure it has a lot more to give. Aside from this, our gardener knows his batteries, and he is is highly delighted with this one. My two ageing batteries (now retired) were doing his head in. It's loverly when things just work without fuss or head-nip, and for this I am giving it a five as well. Thank you

Strong casing felt every bit as good as B&D original charged well no over heating used several times with no problems

Works as expected
Purchased this battery to replace the original one in an ageing B&D KC1461F electric drill. As expected, the battery is "flat" upon receipt so after a full charge it was installed into the drill and worked perfectly well. No problems at all.

Battery will not charge after only 2 months’ use.
After 2 months, the battery will not hold charge. The charger shows a red flashing warning light indicating that the battery is damaged. Only used the battery 5 or 6 times in the strimmer and did not drop or damage it in any way. Would not trust this brand again.

Excellent replacement
Needed a second battery because one was not enough. The battery fits my strimmer that was one plus. I have used twice now and the charge last longer than expected. Since purchasing the new battery the old one as given up so have now bought a second one which is just as good.
