How high is it from the seat to the ground?

The seat is roughly 16 inches from the ground. If it helps I brought it for my grandson and he was 18 month old and he loved it now his brother plays with it too, he's 20 months

No, I don’t think they’re old enough. We bought this tractor for our grandson when he was 3.

Can i buy the part for to click the steering wheel on from anywhere? Got one as a present for my little one and was missing that part.
