Works for me and my son
Yes as others have said it is small but it does state the size in the item description. If you use it on your temples you only need a tiny bit anyway. It's a lovely smell and really does help with drifting off. I love it and would definitely recommend.

Not quite sure if it helps with staying a sleep, but it helps to relax.

Brought to help my daughter to sleep at night, it has a very strong smell that isn't particularly very nice. Not sure it helped her at all but will continue to use as it was expensive to waste!

Waste of money.
Super small and the scent isn’t nice at all. I’ve had the ‘Oomeo sleep balm’ before but I thought I’d try something different. I was surprised with how small this one was, and the scent is unlike other sleep balms I’ve used. The Oomeo sleep balm was much nicer and about three times the size for a smaller cost. I’m gonna bin this now (as you can’t return) and by the other stuff again. Disappointed. Don’t waste your money.
