If your ankles are paining because of hard sole then this is the perfect solution for you. Easy to use and full comfort. Be little cautious when putting it for first time, make sure it fits your ankle. I and using it for my cricket shoes and trust me, I am feeling more comfortable than before.Put more adhesive to fix it otherwise It’s a value for money.

Not at all a good product . They keep falling and don't stick on in the shoes.

Silicon Shoe Sole with a minor drawback
The silicon shoe sole has been an absolute game-changer for me. The comfort it provides is unmatched, making long walks or runs a breeze. However, my only disappointment is that the glue wears off when changing shoes frequently. Nevertheless, the overall quality and comfort of these shoe soles make them a fantastic investment. Highly recommended!
