I'm in love with this vegetable chopper! One of the main things I love is that all my French fries come out the same size. Makes for great presentations. It's so much easier than using a knife. The quality is better than I expected. It has a nice weight to it. The handle makes chopping vegetables super easy. All moving parts just glide so effortlessly. The only gripe I have is that the directions for assembling could be a bit clearer. I had to refer to the picture in order to assemble it correctly. I highly recommend this. I'm so glad I got this.

This commercial chopper is truly exceptional. Having tried other brands in the past, we were pleasantly surprised by how it exceeded our expectations. We use it daily in our restaurant for cutting French fries, and it has proven to be incredibly efficient. The blades are sharp, making the process a breeze, and it requires minimal force to operate. We cannot recommend this commercial chopper enough - it is definitely worth the investment.

We love this product. Easy to put together and sturdy my staff is really thankful for this dicer. The blade is sharp and easy to switch out.

Pros: shipped quickly and item arrived in great conditionCons: Product is bigger than expected. Works like a charm if you have the strength to push it down. Not intended for weaker people. As for storing the item, it is big and does not come apart.

broke first time we used it

I use this several times a week, not only for cutting french fries, but also to cube my potatoes to make breakfast fried potatoes. Using this saves so much time in prep work for cooking the potatoes! The only draw back I have is that it is difficult to find a bowl/container to place under where the potatoes come out so they kinda fall everywhere. I have tried placing it on a cookie sheet that has a lip, it helps, but still have stragglers that fall onto the counter/ground.

Metal started rusting after the first wash and unless you are chopping a whole lot at a time it's not really worth the extra cleaning.

Good quality, makes cutting and chipping vegetable an easy and eficiente task in the kitchen. Love it!
